We’re delighted to offer free worldwide shipping, ensuring families everywhere can enjoy our pieces without hidden costs or extra fees. While we proudly ship across most of the globe, a very small number of countries with strict import rules may be excluded.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, typically arriving between 1–4 weeks. All orders are shipped from the UK, so please keep this in mind when planning. At present, we don’t provide tracking, but we are working towards adding this for all orders in the near future.

Returns & Exchanges

Each of our pieces is made with care, and we want you to love your order. Returns are accepted only if your item arrives damaged or faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds for incorrect sizes or addresses, as all items are handmade to order.

Care & Washing

To keep your Coco & Cub pieces as beautiful as the day they arrive, we include gentle care instructions with every order. Please follow these guidelines to preserve softness and shape. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of worn or washed items.

Sizing Guide

We follow traditional UK baby and toddler sizing to help you find the perfect fit for your little one. Each child is beautifully unique, so please use this as a gentle guide:

• 0–3 months – up to 6kg / 62cm

• 3–6 months – up to 8kg / 68cm

• 6–9 months – up to 9.5kg / 74cm

• 9–12 months – up to 10.5kg / 80cm

• 12–18 months – up to 12kg / 86cm

• 18–24 months – up to 13.5kg / 92cm

• 2–3 years – up to 15.5kg / 98cm

• 3–4 years – up to 16.5kg / 104cm
